Universal Processing

Website Redesign

Redesigning a fintech company's digital presence to reduce

bounce rateby 35% and clarify service offerings

Performance Creative

Universal Processing LLC (uP) is a minority-owned fintech company providing payment processing solutions to underserved communities. The previous website had a 68%

bounce rate and unclear service differentiation. I led the full redesign from information architecture through visual implementation, working cross-functionally with the

marketing team and development team.

At Directive Consulting, I designed marketing creative with one purpose: measurable impact. My work supported B2B SaaS campaigns across paid social, organic content, and motion graphics, all produced inside strict brand and platform constraints. Rather than treating each asset as an isolated post, I helped develop a repeatable visual approach—clear typography, high contrast messaging, and focused CTAs—that could be deployed in multiple sizes and formats. I analyzed live ad-performance data to understand how hierarchy and composition influenced click-through rates and demo bookings.
